Can I change the shipping address for my order?
We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email us with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.
Can I change the billing address for my order?
We are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!
Can I change the email address to my order?
Yes! Please email us with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address.
Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?
No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, you are unable to cancel or modify the order. All sales are final.
PAYMENTS, PROMOS & GIFT VOUCHERS:How can I pay for my order? We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay.Why Isn’t My Promo Code Working? We recommend copying and pasting your exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Keep in mind that promo codes cannot be combined, nor can they be applied towards shipping. Exclusions include but are not limited to: newly launched collections.Can I combine coupon codes on my order? Coupon codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order. Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed. How can I view my order status without an account? You must be logged into an account when placing your order to be able to view the status of your order. Not to worry, All order updates, including confirmation and shipping emails, will be sent to the email address used to place to the order.
Do I have to create a Zyayre account to shop? An account is not required in order to shop from our site. But we do recommend that you create an account, as it makes it easy to check on the status of an order and gives you access to your full order history. You can also save your shipping information for a quicker checkout experience.It looks like you charged me twice for my order.
If your credit card was declined when you first tried to place your order, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. Don’t Worry, We do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days.
DELIVERY:
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime! If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email us within 7 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further!Why is my order unfulfilled?
Not to worry, unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens.
Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address? No, We do not deliver to PO boxes.When will my order ship?
Our products usually ships within 3-15 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your Canvas shoes. Clothing items are less time, Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

Can my parcel be redirected to a different address? Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. We will notify you if this happens.Delivery and Returns Delays. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however once your order is shipped it may encounter delays during its journey to you. The same is true for orders determined to be undeliverable and returned to us. Delayed order confirmation emails.
Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after an order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away, your confirmation email may experience a delay if your order was placed during a period of high order volume.
If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours after your order is placed, please contact us.
How can I unsubscribe from your emails/newsletters?You can unsubscribe from our emails by scrolling down into a previous email we've sent you and select unsubscribe. This will remove you from our emailing list!I’m not receiving any emails from Zyayre.

I'm having trouble signing into my account.
If you received a message that says “Invalid login”, this means your email address/password wasn’t recognized by our system. We can totally fix this!
